It’s only 3 months til December and the company Christmas party season! After organising countless corporate Christmas celebrations, here are the top tips from Jennifer Bates (Group Sales and Events manager) in the Fox team, about how to create an event your team will be raving about well into the New Year:

1. Book early, Think local

The best venues get snapped up fast! Honestly, you genuinely need to start planning now! Consider independent bars and restaurants that offer character and personality - genuine atmosphere wins over generic corporate space every time. 2. Make it about connection, not just consumption

Whilst great food and drink are essential, the magic happens when colleagues can actually bond. Look for venues with flexible layouts that encourage mingling and conversation as well as great music and a well-stocked bar. Every element will come together - promise!

Most venues offer a package deal - usually covering your food and drinks choices - or they throw in use of the PA system or other similar offer.
