The Connaught is a traditional public house in the heart of London's Docklands with very comfortable ensuite rooms. We've been welcoming guests for over 130 years and offer a genuine home-from-home environment.

As well as comfortable accommodation, there's a bar that's retained its original charm, a restaurant serving a hearty breakfast to fuel your race day and dinner to refuel afterwards - and FREE PARKING for all Connaught guests –almost unheard of in the Docklands these days.

When and where is Hyrox London 2025?

Hyrox London returns to ExCeL London between 4-7th December 2025, bringing together 40,000 athletes for four days of intense functional fitness racing. Whether you're competing in the open division, tackling doubles with a partner, or supporting fellow athletes, you'll need are liable spot for quality food and drink near the venue. Welcome to the Fox bar and restaurant.

How can The Fox help with post-race recovery?

After pushing yourself through eight kilometres of running and eight brutal workout stations, you've earned the right to relax and celebrate. Our post-race offerings include a restorative drink selection and nourishing comfort food. The Fox Connaught is a great place to sample ‘traditional’ London whilst decompressing, dissecting your performance, or simply savouring that post-race glow (or burn!) in comfort.
